摘要
以中水集团为例,结合国家的政策补贴因素,对其远洋捕捞的经济效益进行分析。通过比较分析2003—2008年的数据可知,从2006年开始,各项国家补贴占到中水集团利润的大部分,扣除国家各项补贴,利润有所下滑。经过分析影响远洋渔业利润的各种因素,提出包括制定完善各项扶持政策;加大投入,及时掌握传达相关讯息;引进培育优秀人才,加强综合竞争力等发展远洋渔业的三项建议。
Attention was paid to the circs about economic benefit of the enterprises which work on the pelagic fishing. This paper in case of CNFC OVERSEAS FISHERY CO.,LTD. analysis of its economic benefit in pelagic fishing business, combined with the condition of fiscal subsidy, was made. Through analysis the data from 2003 to 2008 of the company, We know that the benefit of company declined to some extent if deducted the fiscal subsidy gaven by government. Further support of capital, technology and other aspects should be given on pelagic fishery.
