摘要
应用细胞培养技术,进行兔主动脉平滑肌细胞的传代培养,取3~7代细胞进行光学、电子显微镜鉴定后,用不同浓度的胰岛素进行刺激,结果经F检验表明:不同培养天数、不同浓度的胰岛素均能刺激平滑肌细胞增殖,且与正常对照组比较均有显著性统计学差异(P<0.01)。其细胞增殖速度与胰岛素浓度呈正相关,提示高胰岛素血症是促进动脉粥样硬化形成的原因之一。
By using the cell culture technique sut-cultures of the smooth muscle cell(SMC)of rabbit aorta were proceeded. After the morphologic verification through light and electron microscopy of the cells from third to the seventh generations, we employed various concentrations of insulin to stimulate the growth and multiplication of SMC. By F test, our results revealed that different periods of culture and varying concentrations of insulin could enhance the multiplication of SMC and the data showed that they were significantly different from the controls (P<0.01). The rate of cellular multiplication was positively correlated with the insulin concentrations, suggesting that hyperinsulinemia might be one of the important factors in accelerating the development of atherosclerosis.
