摘要
通过模型对长期存在于我国一些行业的不对称管制现象进行理论分析。模型将不对称管制的弱化看作一个冲击,分析了这个冲击的边际变动对市场结构的影响。结论是放松不对称管制有利于打破市场分割,增加竞争因素,提高企业效率,提高社会福利。
This paper studies asymmetric regulations in China＇ s industries, which has been lasted for several years. I consider weakening asymmetric regulations as a shock in this model and analyze some effects on market structure of the marginal change of the shock. Weakening asymmetric regulations can improve efficiency and increase social welfare.
