A Game Analysis on the Developmental Strategy of IT Industry in Western China Based on the Background of Industries Gradient Transfer

在金融危机的影响下,众多跨国IT企业更加注重以外包、合资、合作等形式实现产业的全球性战略转移。分析了信息产业转移与西部经济发展间的关系,总结了西部IT产业发展存在的问题,通过梯度转移格局中的西部IT产业发展复制进化学习博弈模型研究,发现西部地区在IT产业全球性转移的趋势中,尽可能地实现产业转移双方的合作共赢,努力增大产业转入方利益的同时,促进产业转入方的技术吸收、消化与再创新利益,有利于增强转入产业的根植性。

With the development trend of globalization and especially impact of world financial crisis, outsourcing, Joint ventures, cooperation and other forms of industrial transfer has become a strategic choice to more and more multinational IT enterprise. In this paper, the relationship between the economic development of the western China and the transfer of the information industry is analyzed, and a game model of replication and evolution based on the background of industries gradient transfer to study the problems of industrial development is presented. It shows that the western China should seize the opportunity of the global IT industry transfer and realize a win - win cooperation result as much as possible between the two sides. At the same time, to promote the interests of industry＇s technology absorption and digestion and recreation, will enhance regional embeddedness of transfer industry.
