在2008年10月至2009年10月发表的中医内科论文中遴选有一定代表性的121篇文章,从经典医籍与临床、中医急症发展动态、心肝脾肺肾各系统疾病的临床思路与临床报道、实验与临床研究等方面予以分析和评述。2009年的中医内科文献理论、临床、实验多方面的研究更加深入;微观辨证指标与宏观整体辨证有了更多的结合;个体化诊疗尤显突出。不足之处在于临床报道还需运用更多临床流行病学和循证医学知识。

Selected and reviewed 121 Chinese medical papers published in the October 2008 to October 2009 . These papers talk about the classic medical membership and clinical developments in Chinese medical emergency, heart , liver , spleen, lung and kidney diseases of various systems of clinical thinking and clinical reports, experimental and ciinical research in the field to analyze and comment. Chi- nese medical literature in 2009, the theory, clinical, experimental studies in various aspects in greater depth ; micro-and macro-indicators of the overall dialectic dialectic have more integration ; individual clinics particularly strong. Inadequacies of the clinical reports is needed to use more clinical epidemiology and evi- dence-based medical knowledge.
