疗养康复医学学科发展构想

An idea of the development of recuperation and rehabilitation medicine

目的在总结"十一五"以来疗养康复医学学科的新进展的基础上,探讨"十二五"疗养康复医学学科发展构想。方法领会国家和军队关于医学学科发展的顶层决策,遵循国家和军队各种"科技计划"和"支撑项目"的引领方向,结合我军疗养康复医学发展的实际,提出学科发展构想。结果"十二五"期间,疗养康复医学要以邓小平理论和"三个代表"重要思想为指导,切实贯彻科学发展观,从建立创新体系、抓好人才工程、选准发展方向三方面切实打牢发展基础。结论只要我们以锐意改革的创新精神和严谨求实的科学态度,坚定信心、明确方向、脚踏实地、团结协作,就一定能在"十二五"期间大幅度提高疗养康复医学学科水平。

Objective To explore the development of the convalescent rehabilitation medical subject in＂Twelve Five-Year＂plan based on summarizing its recent progress since ＂Eleventh Five-Year＂plan.Methods An idea of the development of subject was sug- gested on the basis of understanding the top-level decision-making on the development of medical subjects in PLA and our country, following the direction of all kinds of＇science and technology plan＂and ＂Support Project＂of the state and army,from the actual devel- opment of convalescent rehabilitation medicine of army.Results During＂Twelve Five-Year＂period,the convalescent rehabilitation medicine should firm the basis of development in three aspects such as establishment of＂ innovation system, talents project and devel- opment direction by taking Deng Xiaoping Theory and the＂Three Represents＂as guidance,effective implementing the scientific concept of development.Conclusion As long as we have creative spirit of aggressive reformation and rigorous scientific attitude,as well as consistentconfidence, definitedirection,down to earth,and solidarity and cooperation,the level of the subject must be substantially improved during＂Twelve Five-Year ＂plan period.
