摘要
软实力的价值核心是文化,而国家并不是文化软实力的唯一价值基点,社会个体和国际公益组织等都在成为超越国家之上的文化软实力行为主体。以此为基础,文化软实力的价值取向应是融合而不是竞争,而且是从语言、习俗、制度到社会形态的全面融合,从而逐步构建出文化软实力的内在价值形态。
Culture is the value core of soft power, yet nation isn't the sole base point of soft power. Social individuals and international non-profitable organizations are also its behavioral agents. This essay goes further, reasoning that the final arm of culture soft power is not competition but comprehensive integration, from language, custom and institution to social formation. They are building up the framework of culture soft power.
