摘要
介绍了汽车轻量化和新材料在汽车中应用的最新进展,介绍了GMT和LFT-D新材料的材料性能和成型工艺。研究了保险杠缓冲梁采用GMT新材料代替传统金属材料的可行性,并利用有限元分析方法分析材料替换前后的碰撞安全性能变化,最终验证了GMT新材料应用到缓冲梁设计中能够满足碰撞安全法规的要求。
The development of the application of lightweighting and new materials in vehicle is introduced. Then the performance and molding techniques of GMT and LFT-D material is introduced, and the feasibility of replacing the traditional material by GMT material is researched. The change of the collision safety after replacing is analyzed by finite element method. At last, application of GMT material in the design of cushion girder is validated to meet the requirement of collision safety regulation.
