摘要
在汽车零件的生产和质量控制以及总装时,用一个定位系统实现零件生产和控制装置上定位和尺寸统一,确定重要的过程和功能尺寸。同时将车身缝隙误差有效控制在1.5mm以内,从而大大提高车身的整体精度的稳定。
In the process of parts production, quality control and assembly, a question is explored, that a positioning system is not only used in parts production and control device positioning, but also ensures size determines important process and function size. Stabilization of the vehicle precision can be improved by controlling the vehicle gap error within 1.5 mm.
