摘要
为了充分利用运行状态中特征参数的变化信息对设备的使用进行可靠性分析,采用设备运行状态主动监测的方法,提出了集成设备失效的先验分布,以及与设备状态的振动信号特征提取相结合的可靠性模型.通过监测设备运行过程中的动态性能退化信号,引入特征评估技术对设备退化信号进行分析,提取具有准确定义和明显趋势性变化的退化指标,将退化指标引入比例故障率模型,实现了不同损伤程度振动信号的设备运行可靠度的有效评估.通过滚动轴承实验装置的运行数据,运用比例故障率模型可靠性参数的极大似然估计方法,分析了在不同的运行状态和损伤程度时可靠度的大小及变化趋势,保障了设备在服役寿命周期内的可靠性和安全性.
To fully use changing information from characteristic parameters in operation for analyzing individual equipment service reliability,the method of proactive monitoring operating equipment is utilized,a novel reliability model is proposed by integrating prior distribution of failure with vibration signal feature extraction based on equipment condition,and the feature evaluation is introduced to analyze the dynamic degradation signals.The degradation index with accurate definition and apparent trend variation is extracted,and introduced to proportional hazards model.An effective operational reliability assessment is realized by vibration signal considering damaged severity.A practical example of rolling bearing test device is given to provide operational data,maximum likelihood is chosen to estimate the reliability parameters in proportional hazards model,and the reliability size and changing trend are analyzed in detail under different operational conditions and damaged severity.
