尿液N-乙酰-β-D氨基葡萄糖苷酶与糖尿病患者糖代谢控制 被引量:1

摘要 测定了36例糖尿病患者及22例正常对照者的尿N-乙酰-β-D-氨基葡萄糖苷酶(NAG)的活性。发现糖尿病患者尿NAG活性显著高于对照组(P<0.01),且与同时测定的HbAlc、空腹血糖、平均血糖呈显著正相关(分别P<0.05,P<0.025,P<0.05);糖尿病糖代谢控制好组的尿NAG活性尽管显著低于代谢控制差组,但仍显著高于正常组。提示尿NAG活性是血糖控制好坏的一个敏感指标,其不仅可以反映长期糖代谢控制状况,且也可以反映近期糖代谢控制好坏。 The urinary N-acetyl-B-D-glucosaminidase to creatinine ratios(UNAG:Ucr)of 22 healthy subjects and 36 diabetic patients without overt renal complication were measured. Results showed that the UNAG:Ucr of 36 diabetic patients were significantly higher than those of normal controls(P<0.01)and positively correlated with the coincident HbAlc,fasting plasma glucose(FPG),and the mean of both FPG and postprandial plasma glacose(PPG) (MPG)respectively.Although the UNAG:Ucr of the well conrolled diabetic group were significantly less than those of the poorly controlled group,the UNAG:Ucr of the well controlled group were still significantly higher than those of normal controls.Thus UNAG:Ucr is shown to be a sensitive indicator of metabolic control,and may reflect long- term control(as HbAlc)Basides.this enzyme is also responsive to changes of blood sugar level (as FPG and MPG).
