摘要
"自在人"假设认为应该尊重人的本性,发掘员工的主动性与创造性。基于这一假设来改进企业教育模式,有利于更好支撑企业文化,提升企业管理的水平。
The hypothesis of "self-free man" advocates respecting the nature of human beings to stimulate people's initiative and creativeness. The improvement of enterprise education based on the hypothesis will better support the enterprise culture, and also improves the management.
