龚显曾与《泉州藏书家》述略

Briefly on GONG Xianzeng and his《Bibliophilist of Quanzhou》

龚显曾(1841～1885),出身书香世家,一生收罗典籍,探讨艺文,以读书为乐,是清末泉州有名的诗人和藏书家。他重视对泉州乡邦文献的搜集与整理,熟悉当地藏书家,《泉州藏书家》是其著述《亦园脞牍》中的一篇,言简意赅,记录了清代泉州主要藏书家的情况,是重要的史料佐证。

GONG Xianzeng （1841--1885）, born in a family of scholars, is the famous poet and bibliophilist of Quanzhou at the end of Qing Dynasty, collecting many ancients books and records, probing arts and humanities and being fond of reading,. He attaches importance to the collection and organization of Quanzhou documents, familiar with the local bibliophilist, the 《Bibliophilist of Quanzhou》-- one of the articles in his work《Documents of Yiyuan》, is concise and comprehensive, recording the information of Quanzhou major biblophilists of Qing Dynasty, which is an important historical evidence.
