摘要
采用有限元软件ANSYS提供的子模型技术,对有限宽度(齿宽系数=0.03~1.2)渐开线直齿圆柱齿轮齿根附近三维弹性应力场进行了详细分析;重点研究了齿根附近应力与齿轮宽度之间的关系。结果表明,齿根应力沿宽度分布是不均匀的,其最大值及相应位置与宽度有关;有限宽度直齿圆柱齿轮齿根应力最大值大于按平面应变假设计算得到的结果;齿根附近总位移沿宽度分布也不均匀,在靠近表面附近有较明显的变化。
Three - dimensional elastic stress near the tooth root of involute spur gear is analyzed in detail using finite element method in conjunction with sub - modeling technique provided in ANSYS. Emphasis is placed on the relationship between critical root stress (CRS) and the face width. Results indicate that root stresses noumiform distribution along the face width, and the maximum CRS and the corresponding position are relevant to the width. The total displacement in the tooth root is not the same along the face width and varies distinctly near the surface.
