摘要
串联盘优化设计对输送机的生产制造具有指导性作用。采用遗传算法,应用Matlab已有的GA工具箱,对串联盘进行优化。目的是在给定物料属性以及电动机额定功率的情况下,研究输送机输送率最高时,串联盘的主要参数的最优值(主要参数包括串联盘直径,串联盘上物料高度)。
The tube of Continuous Conveyer is the most important part, the optimum design of tube make great effort to design and manutacture. The genetic algorithm is a very common method of optimum, GATOOL in MATLAB, made genetic algorithm very easy to use. The purpose of optimum design is getting the optimum parameter of conveyer which have given the material property.
