摘要 本文以油酸为原料,经酯化、磺化及中和处理制得脂肪酸甲酯磺酸钠(MES)。通过考查捕收剂、抑制剂和调整剂用量对磷矿浮选性能的影响,发现MES用作磷矿捕收剂的浮选性能与油酸钠基本相当,不同的是其选择性更好,抗硬水能力更强,因此可以减少浮选所需的水玻璃和碳酸钠用量,但其捕收能力相对较弱,所需用量较大,浮选泡沫量较多,会对磷矿浮选产生不利影响。 MES was prepared by esterification, sulfonation and neutralization using oleic acid as raw material. By studying effect of the dosages of collector, depressant and conditioning agent on the flotation performance on MES, it was found that MES serving as flotation collector of phosphate ores had nearly the same performance as sodium oleate and the difference was that selectivity and hard water resistance ability of MES were better. Consequently, the dosages of sodium silicate and sodium carbonate could be reduced in the flotation. But the collecting ability of MES was poor and the required consumption was big, which resulted in more flotation foams, harmful to the flotation of phosphate ores.
