贫困地区乡镇农业产业化水平提升的有效尝试——以白水县杜康镇为例

Promotion of the Industrialization of Agriculture in Poor Villiges——A Case of Dukang Town in Shaanxi Province

引导提升农业产业化水平是当前农村特别是贫困地区农村面临的重要任务。在市场风险不断加大,产业效益放缓的条件下,这一任务显得更加紧迫。作为白水县集聚"果、煤、酒、电、游"为一体的杜康镇,特色农业发展取得了一定的成效,是值得借鉴的。但从总体来看,贫困地区乡镇农业产业化尚处于初始阶段,其在发展规模、速度和水平等方面仍存在一些问题,因此,要加快提高杜康镇以及类似杜康镇的贫困乡镇农业产业化水平,应进一步树立发展现代农业理念,注重提升基地质量,大力培育龙头企业,大胆创新经营机制,着力强化保障体系。

Improving the industrialization level of agriculture in poor villiges is an important task of the countryside with the more and more market risks and lower industrial efficiency. The development of the characteristic agriculture in Baishui has made a great progress, which is worthy to be learned by others towns and villiges. However, there are some problems during the early stage of the industrialization of the agriculture in poor villiges. The essay shows that the key to enhance the level of the industrialization of agriculture in poor villiges is to establish the idea of developing mordern agriculture, improve the efficiency of the production bases, innovate the bussiness mechanisim and strengthen the supervision and guarantee system.
