基于城乡经济“一体化”的农村交通运输发展研究

Research on Development of Rural Traffic and Transportation Based on Economic Integration of Urban and Rural Areas

造成城乡交通运输二元化结构的深层原因是城乡运输需求差异,而它又源于城乡经济发展水平的不同。因此,文章基于城乡经济"一体化",同时把运输看成是产出要素,讨论了城乡交通运输"一体化"的目标和主要内容。其要点是要推动农村交通运输不断发展,实质是城乡经济的协调发展。文章最后分析了各地区城乡交通运输发展的多层次性。

The deep reason of the dual structure of urban-rural transport is the difference of transport demand of urban and rural areas, which results from the divergence of economic development between city and countryside. Therefore, based on urban- rural economic integration and regarding transport as an output factor, this paper discusses the aim and main content of the integration of urban-rural transport. The main point of view is that the essence of promoting rural transport to develop constantly lies in the coordinated development of urban - rural economy. Finally, it analyses the multi - level feature of urban- rural transport development in many districts.
