摘要
主要介绍了CVD碳包覆工艺、包覆层种类和物理性质(结构、含量和分布)对电极材料电化学性能(首次容量、首次库仑效率、循环和倍率充放电性能等)的影响,在此基础上提出了尚需深入研究的问题,并对CVD法碳包覆改性电极材料的发展趋势和前景进行了讨论。
The influence of the CVD coating arts and coated carbon species as well as their physical properties (structure, weight percent, distribution and specific surface area ) on the electrochemical performances of the electrode materials (the first charge/discharge capacity, the first coulombic efficiency, cyclability and rate properties) are summarized, questions needed further studies are raised and the developing trend of modification is prospected.
