高职院校学生学习特点及教育对策探讨

Discussion about the Learning Features of the Students in High Vocational Colleges and the Corresponding Educational Suggestion

高等职业教育的职业定向性强,高职院校学生学习准备相对不足,学生在学习过程中呈现自身的学习特点。文章以高职院校学生这一特殊学生群体为研究对象,在深入调查和访谈的基础上从学生"学"的角度对学生的学习特点进行描述,并力图就适宜高职院校学生学习特点的教育对策做一点探讨。

High vocational education is occupation orientated, while comparatively, the students in high vocational colleges are not well prepared for such kind of study, Their study are of thei own features in the process. This paper focuses on students in high vocational colleges, discusses the characteristics of their study from the ＂learning＂ point of view by conducting investigation and interviews, and probes into some educational countermeasures that are suitable for students＇ learning features.
