社区中青年2型糖尿病病人遵医行为及其相关性因素分析

Compliance behaviors of middle-aged type 2 diabetes mellitus patients in community and analysis of related factors

[目的]了解社区中青年2型糖尿病病人遵医行为的现状,分析影响病人遵医行为的因素。[方法]采取整群抽样的方法,运用社会人口学资料问卷、遵医行为量表、社会支持量表、健康信念量表对288例社区中青年2型糖尿病病人进行遵医行为调查。[结果]研究对象的遵医行为总得分56.8分±10.9分,得分率为67.62%;社会支持及客观支持、主观支持维度与遵医行为均呈正相关(P<0.05);健康信念与遵医行为及其各部分(除低血糖反应处理)均呈正相关(P<0.05)。[结论]社区中青年2型糖尿病病人的遵医行为较低,健康信念及主观社会支持、客观社会支持是遵医行为的影响因素。

Objective：To know about the status quo of compliance behaviors of middle-aged and young type 2 diabetes mellitus patients in community and to analyze its influencing factors. Methods： A total of 300 cases of middle-aged or young type 2 diabetes mellitus patients in community were investigated by adopting cluster sampling method and social demographic data questionnaire, compliance behavior rating scale, social support rating scales and health belief rating scales. Results： The total score of compliance behavior of patients was 56.8 ± 10.9 and scoring rate was 67.62 %. Dimensions of social support, objective support and subjective support were positively correlated with compliance behaviors of patients （P〈0. 05）. Health belief of patients were positively correlated with compliance behaviors and its various parts （expect handling with hypoglycemia reaction） （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Compliance behaviors of middle-aged and young type 2 diabetes mellitus patients in community are lower. Health belief, subjective and objective social supports of patients are influencing factors of compliance behavior of them.
