Operative coordination of patients accepting thoracolumbar vertebral pedicle screw internal fixation

[目的]总结胸腰椎经椎弓根螺钉内固定的手术配合措施。[方法]回顾性分析56例胸腰椎经椎弓根螺钉内固定病人的临床资料。[结果]本组病人均手术顺利,术前准备充分,体位摆放正确,无压伤;未因腹部受压致过多异常出血;无术后感染,无异物留置切口中;内固定物无松动、断裂。[结论]加强胸腰椎经椎弓根螺钉内固定病人是手术成功的保证。

Objective. It summarized operative coordination measures of patients undergoing thoracolumbar vertebral pedicle screw internal fixation. Methods; Clinical data of a total of 56 patients undergoing thoracolumbar vertebral pedicle screw internal fixation were analyzed retrospectively. Results. All patients have undergone operations successfully and preoperative preparations of them were adequate. Patients were in correct body position and not crushed. There was no excessive abnormal bleeding caused by abdominal pressure, no postoperative infection occurred and no foreign bodies detained in incision. Internal fixations of patients were not loosened or broken. Conclusion. To strengthen the patients undergoing thoraeolumbar vertebral pedicle screw internal fixation was the guarantee of successful operation for them.
