摘要 采用内氧化法以水雾化铜铝粉为原料制备出铝含量(质量分数)分别为0.15%、0.40%、0.60%的Al2O3弥散铜复合材料。研究了Al2O3弥散强化铜材料的组织与性能,结果表明,弥散铜材料的晶粒细小,晶粒大小约为10μm;γ-Al2O3在基体中均匀分布,平均尺寸约为6nm,间距为40nm;挤压态为Al含量0.60%的弥散铜棒材(Φ25mm)不经任何中间热处理,直接冷拉拔即可得到Φ3mm的铜丝,其抗拉强度高达680MPa,电导率达78%IACS。 Series of aluminum oxide dispersion strengthened copper composite(ODSC) containing 0. 15%, 0. 4%,0. 6% Al(wt%) are produced from water atomized Cu-Al powder through internal oxidation. The microstrueture and properties of the composite are researched. The results show that the grain of the ODSC alloy is very small with a size of 10μm γ -Al2O3 nano-particles with the mean size of 6 nm are uniformly distributed in the matrix grain and space distance between particles is about 40nm. Without any intermediate heat treatment, the copper wires with 0. 60%Al with φ3mm in diameter are produced by direct cold drawing from the hot extruded bar with φ25mm in diameter. The tensile strength of these copper wires is 680MPa, the electrical conductivity is 78$IAC8.
