摘要
医学显微图像的拼接是后序医学图像处理和医疗诊断的关键。基于对医学显微图像拼接的研究,提出了一种改进的基于模板的图像拼接算法。该算法将一幅图像的模板在另一幅图像上平移,对两幅图像重叠区域作相关性计算,从而获得最佳匹配位置,实现图像的拼接。实验结果证明该算法精度高、速度快。
Stitching of medical microscopic images is the key to subsequential medical image processing and diagnosis.Based on the study of medical microscopic images' stitching,we proposed a new template-based image stitching algorithm in this paper.This algorithm makes the translation of one image template on another image,and then calculates the relativity of the overlapped area,so as to get best matching position and to achieve images' stitching.As a result,this algorithm is proved to be precise and fast.
