Linux和Windows服务器的统一管理初探

PRELIMINARY DISCUSSION ON UNIFORM ADMINISTRATION OF SERVERS OF LINUX AND WINDOWS

现有的网络服务器主要采用Linux和Windows server 2003操作系统,针对开发这两种异构服务器统一管理系统的需要,探讨如何实现文件共享和跨平台操作这两个统一Linux和Windows服务器管理的关键问题,并结合实例具体说明如何通过Samba实现Windows目录为Linux服务器共享,以及如何利用自动化交互脚本工具Expect,通过Windows的Telnet服务来实现从Linux服务器自动登录Windows执行跨平台管理操作。

Currently,network severs mainly adopt Linux and Windows server 2003 operation systems.In view of the need of developing a uniform administration system for these two heterogeneous servers,two key issues for unifying the administration of the servers of Linux and Windows,file sharing and operation across the platforms are discussed.Actual instances are raised to illustrate in detail how to achieve Linux servers share the files in Windows directories through Samba,and how to accomplish automatic logon to a Windows server from Linux Server to execute cross platform management operation by using ＂expert＂ which is a tool for automatic interactive scripts,and through the service of Telnet on Windows.
