球形硬质合金YQ3强化物探钻头试验研究

摘要 为开发强化物探钻头表面的新型材料以及强化工艺,对球形硬质合金YQ3进行试验研究。结果表明,利用NiCrBSi低熔点合金可使球形烧结硬质合金YQ3和物探钻头用钢22SiMnNi2CrMoA实现良好的冶金结合;YQ3硬质合金强化层中过渡层组织细小,耐磨层中脆性硬质合金相上均匀分布韧性微孔结构低熔点合金,可满足物探钻头对强化层的组织要求;硬质合金强化层剪切强度高,抗冲击磨料磨损性能好,且硬质合金自锐性好,满足物探钻头的性能要求。 To develop new surface material of reinforced geophysical prospecting drill bit as well as the reinforcement technique,an experimental study of YQ3,a kind of global cemented carbide,was conducted. The results show that adoption of the NiCrBSi eutectic-point alloy can achieve a desirable metallurgical bonding between YQ3 and the steel used by the geophysical prospecting drill bit. The fine texture in the transitional layer of the YQ3 reinforcement layer and the even distribution of the eutectic-point alloy with a tough cellular structure on the brittle cemented carbide phase of the abrasion-resistant layer satisfy the requirements of the geophysical prospecting drilling bit for the texture of the reinforcement layer. The high shearing strength of the reinforcement layer,the good performance of the impact-resistant abrasive and the strong self-sharpening of cemented carbide meet the needs of the geophysical prospecting drill bit.
