摘要
针对侧钻水平井完井过程中存在固井质量差、井筒内径过小、后续作业困难等问题,开发了侧钻水平井膨胀套管完井新技术。该技术能够有效扩大生产套管内径,具有完井管柱坐挂和封隔2种功能。地面试验表明,膨胀套管完井管柱工艺设计合理,可以解决常规侧钻井完井过程中出现的问题;该管柱密封性好、操作简便、成本低、效率高,具有较高的推广应用价值。
Considering the problems as poor cementation quality,too small borehole ID and difficult successive operation in the process of well completion of the horizontal sidetracking well,a kind of new well-completion technology with the expandable casing was developed. The new technology can effectively enlarge the inner diameter of the production casing,and it has such two functions as completion string setting and packing. The ground test shows that the expandable casing completion string is designed rationally,and can solve the problems in the process of ordinary sidetracking completion. The string is good in sealing,simple in operation,low in costs and high in efficiency. Therefore,it has a bright prospect for spreading and application.
