论湖南省信息产业发展现状与对策

On the Current Situation and Countermeasures of Information Industry Development in Hunan Province

针对湖南省信息产业发展的现状，本文提出以下对策：提高对我省信息产业战略地位的认识；加强我省国民经济信息化的组织领导；加速我省产业结构的调整，突出主导产业；完善与落实我省信息产业的法规、政策；走“龙头带动”的信息产业发展道路；拓宽信息市场，加速信息商品流通；加强信息资源的开发与利用；发展信息咨询业，促进湖南经济的腾飞；提高人们的信息意识。

Abstract Based on the current situation of information industry development in Hunan Province, the paper puts forward the following countermeasures:raising the knowledge of information industry strategy in Hunan province;strengthening the leadership and organization of the national economy information;accelerating the adjustments of Hunan industry structure;perfecting and carring out the laws and regulations and policy;developing the information industry by the way “the largest enterprise takes the lead”; developing the information marker and quickening commodity circulation;strengthening exploitation and use of information resources;developing information reference for promoting Hunan economy;enhancing the public information consciousness and strengthening information personnel training.
