摘要
以基于代理的建模方法建立了城市创新系统的整体的概念模型,将代理间的交互关系建模为相互作用的四层网络,并将城市创新系统的发展过程建模为动态演化的四个阶段。应用所建模型对青岛市城市创新系统所处的阶段进行分析并给出了政策建议。
modeling elements, model is innovation This paper establishes a concept model for the city innovation system based on the agent-based method. Four layers of connection networks are modeled for the interactions among system and the dynamic evolutionary process of the system are presented as four phases. The established applied to analyze a practical system-Qingdao city innovation system. Political advices for Qingdao system are proposed.
