摘要
外派技术人员是企业间知识转移的重要载体,也是企业从外部获取知识的有效途径。基于个体社会资本的角度,结合外派技术人员的工作特征与社会网络特征,探讨外派技术人员的社会资本及其对企业间知识转移的影响机制,指出外派技术人员的社会资本三维度(结构、关系和认知)分别对企业间知识迁移的方向、载体和内容的影响,为下一步实证研究提供理论框架,并为企业在外派技术人员管理、推动企业间知识转移方面提出对策。
Expatriate technician is the key cartier of inter-firm knowledge transfer and the effective way to acquire external knowledge for firms. Based on individual social network analysis and expatriate technician's job characteristic, this paper analyzed the effective mechanism of expatriate technician's social network on inter-firm knowledge transfer. This paper enriched academic research of inter-firm knowledge transfer and provide firms some valuable guidance that how to effectively intervene the development of inter-firm knowledge transfer.
