基于TQM的中小企业六西格玛管理研究

六西格玛管理作为目前企业界广泛关注的一种先进的管理方法,在国内外很多大型企业已经得到了成功的应用。而中小企业作为国民经济的重要组成部分也需要通过六西格玛管理来提升企业自身的产品质量,提高企业效益,增强中小企业市场竞争力。在分析六西格玛管理内涵的基础上,针对中小企业自身的特点,分析其实施六西格玛管理的优势和劣势,揭示了中小企业要推行实施六西格玛管理的必要条件,并在此基础上建立全面质量管理基础上的六西格玛管理体系模型。最后提出在实施过程中应注意的几点内容。

Six Sigma Management has aroused widespread attention in the present business community as an advanced management method, and been applied Successfully in many domestic and foreign major industries. And as national economy＇s important component, the small and medium-sized enterprise also needs Six Sigma Management to promote its own product quality, to raise the performance of enterprises, strengthen the small and medium-sized enterprise market competitiveness. Based on the analysis Sigma Management connotation and the characteristics of its own small and medium-sized enterprises and to of Six , this paper analyzes its strengths and weaknesses in the implementation of Six Sigma Management, and reveals the necessary conditions that the small and medium-sized enterprises implement the Six Sigma Management. And then it suggests the Six Sigma Management system model based on the Total Quality Management foundation. Finally, proposed several contents to ensure that small and medium-sized enterprise of Six Sigma management in the implementation process successfully.
