摘要
通过对全国10个高新区1868名科技人员进行问卷调查,比较了工作满意度5个相关因素在对不同学历科技人员整体满意度的影响程度上存在的差异。研究发现,对于具有大专、本科及硕士学历的科技工作者,薪酬福利仍然是决定其工作满意度的最主要因素,而对于具有博士学历的科技工作者,晋升才是影响其工作满意度的最主要因素。
Through questionnaire survey of 1868 science-technology and technological workers in ten hightech developing zones, the paper compares the difference of influence degree of five factors related to job satisfaction between science-technology workers with different education background. We find compensation is still the most influential factor on job satisfaction for science-technology workers with education background of post-secondary, undergraduate and master degree, but promotion is the most influential factor for doctors.
