我国高等学校人才培养效率的动态分析:1999—2006年

Dynamic Analysis of the Efficiency of Talent-Training in Colleges and Universities:1999-2006

Malmquist指数是对效率进行动态评价的重要方法之一。运用该方法,对大扩招时期我国高等学校人才培养效率进行分析,结果发现,在此期间,各地区高等学校人才培养效率相差不大,全要素生产率普遍较低,规模效率都高于1。据此建议,注重"规模、质量、结构、效益"的协调是未来我国高等教育科学发展的必由之路。

Malmquist index is an important method to evaluate the efficiency dynamically. This paper analyzes efficiency talent-training in colleges and universities in the time of expansion enrollment extensively using above method, and finds to technical degradation. In the that the TFP of talent-training future, we should coordinate in colleges and universities is declining owing the relation of scale and quality and structure and efficiency to develop higher education in China.
