The Changes of Reference Desk Position Effect the Reference Work

本文回顾了上海交通大学图书馆１２年来所开展的参考咨询工作，在此基础上分析了参考咨询台位置多次变更的原因，以及其给参考咨询工作所带来的负面影响。

Abstract By reviewing the 12 years reference work in the library of Shanghai Jiao Tong University,the author analyses the reasons of changing on the reference desk position,and effect of the changes to the reference work. Furthmore,the improving methods is indicated.
