摘要
阐述了目前我国网络音乐作品著作权侵权规制存在的问题,借鉴典型国家的成熟立法,结合我国实际情况进行详细分析,对完善数字音乐著作权立法和相关制度提出系统而富有操作性的建议。
The explanation focuses on the problems existing in the tort liability regulation about the copyright of network musical compositions in China now. Then the mature legislation in the typical countries is borrowed and applied to the detailed analysis of practical situation in our country. At last, some systematic and operability suggestions are proposed in order to perfect the legislation of digital musical composition copyright and the relevant systems.
