山药组织介电常数的频率响应特性的研究

Research on Characteristic of Frequency Response of Yam Tissue Permittivity

以山药组织为研究对象,测量介电常数随交变电场频率变化的特性。研究表明,在工作电压为1 V时,同一厚度的山药组织介电常数随频率的增加呈整体减小趋势;对应同一频率,介电常数随厚度的增加呈增长趋势;每一厚度的山药组织介电常数均出现3个极小值,随厚度的增加介电常数的各极小值对应的频率基本不变。

The chauge characteristics of permittivity following the frequency of alternation electric field was surveyed by investigating Yam tissue. The results showed that the permittivity of the same thickness potato tissue was whole minishing by 1 V work tension. Permittivity increased with the increase of the thickness at the same frequency. Three minimal value of permittivity at the same thickness of Yam tissue came forth. The frequency with each minimal value of permittivity was constant correspondence with the increase of the thickness.
