摘要 介绍了双向电泳技术(2-DE)的基本概况及其在植物应答非生物胁迫蛋白质组学研究中的应用,并对今后的发展进行了展望。 The general situation of two-dimensional electrophoresis ( 2-DE ) was introduced as well as its application in plant resistance to abiotic stress proteomical research. Finally, the development of 2-DE in the future was forecasted.
