摘要 对小麦LMW-GS的分类、结构、在染色体上的定位以及分子标记的开发和对小麦品质的贡献等方面进行了阐述,为LMW-GS在小麦育种方面的应用提供理论基础。 The research situations about the classification, structures, chromosome positioning, the development of molecular markers and the contibution of LMW-GS to the quality of wheat were summarized, in order to provide theoretical basis for using LMW-GS in wheat breeding.
