施磷对油菜根茎叶磷素输出及角果中磷素积累的影响 被引量:1

摘要 [目的]研究油莱根、茎枝、叶片等营养器官后期磷素的再利用与角果中磷素积累的关系。[方法]以甘蓝型油莱品种“扬油4号”为试验材料,通过测定不同生育期不同施磷条件下油菜各器官的磷素含量,研究了油莱后期根、茎枝、叶片等营养器官中磷素的输出和角果中磷素的积累。[结果]根、茎枝、叶片中磷素积累量的变化呈先增后减的趋势?角果是油菜植株主要的磷素贮藏器官,增施磷肥可增加各器官的磷素积累量。增施磷肥使得茎枝和叶片中的磷素输出量增加。根茎叶的磷素输出比例相差不大,在40%~45%、[结论]成熟期角果中的磷素总量至少有40%左右来自初花前根茎叶积累磷素的再利用. [ Objective] The aim was to study the relationship of remobilization of phosphorus in root, stem and leaf and the accumulation of phosphorus in pods in rapeseed. [ Method ] The content of phosphorus was tested in Yangyou NO. 4 (Brassica napus L. ) in different phosphorus levels and phosphorus translocation in root, stern and leaf and the phosphorus accumulation in pods were studied. [ Result ] The total amount of phosphorus in root, stem and leaf increased firstly and then decreased in whole stages. With the increasing of phosphorus fertilizer application the amount of phosphorus accumulation increased, and the amount of phosphorus transloeation in stem and leaf increased. The ratios of phosphorus translocation in root, stem, and leaf were all about from 40% to 45% , and differences were slight. [ Conclusion] The ratio of phosphorus in pods coming from the remobilization of root, stem and leaf was about 40% at least.
