灰树花多糖对甲醛中毒小鼠淋巴细胞的干预作用 被引量:3

摘要 [目的]观察灰树花多糖对甲醛中毒小鼠淋巴细胞的干预作用。[方法]取3周龄小鼠,腹腔注射生理盐水和不同浓度的灰树花多糖,10 d后制作甲醛中毒模型,正常对照组不作任何处理。利用淋巴细胞计数测定淋巴细胞的数目,利用流式细胞仪检测淋巴细胞的凋亡。[结果]生理盐水组小鼠淋巴细胞数目降低,淋巴细胞凋亡率升高,中、高剂量灰树花多糖组淋巴细胞的损伤明显减轻,与生理盐水组的差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。[结论]灰树花多糖对甲醛中毒小鼠淋巴细胞有保护作用。 [ Objective ] The paper aimed to observe the intervention effect of Grifola frondosa polysaccharide on lymphocytes in mice exposured to formaldehyde. [ Method] 3-week-old mice was exposed to formaldehyde after intraperitoneal injecting of saline and different concentrations of Grifola frondosa polysaccharide 10 days while the control group without any treatment. The number of lymphocytes was determined by Cell count board. The rate of lymphocytes apoptosis were determined by flow cytometry. [ Result] The number of lymphocytes was reduced and the rate of lymphocyte apoptosis was increased in model group. The injury of lymphocytes was improved in Grifola frondosa polysaecharide of Middle-dose and high-dose group. The differences between the groups were statistically significant ( P 〈 0.01 ). [ Conclusion ] Grifola frondosa polysaeeharide had a protective effect on lymphocytes in mice exposured to formaldehyde.
