抗生素对迟钝爱德华氏菌的体外抑菌试验 被引量:3

摘要 [目的]研究12种抗生素及8组联合药物对迟钝爱德华氏菌体外抑菌效果,为治疗鱼类爱德华氏菌病提供参考。[方法]采用试管二倍稀释法,通过测定抗生素对迟钝爱德华氏菌的最小抑菌浓度(MIC)、最小杀菌浓度(MBC),筛选适宜抗生素。[结果]硫酸庆大霉素、卡那霉素硫酸盐、盐酸四环素的抑菌效果最好,其MIC分别为0.05、0.80、1.60μg/m l,MBC分别为0.05、3.20、100.00μg/m。l联合药物中硫酸庆大霉素+羧苄青霉素、硫酸庆大霉素+盐酸四环素、氨苄青霉素+链霉素的抑菌效果最好,其最小抑菌浓度和最小杀菌浓度均为0.05μg/m。l[结论]通过抗生素对爱德华氏菌的体外抑菌效果,确定单独使用选择硫酸庆大霉素、卡那霉素硫酸盐、盐酸四环素,联合药物选择硫酸庆大霉素+羧苄青霉素、硫酸庆大霉素+盐酸四环素、氨苄青霉素+链霉素较适宜。 [ Objective ] The reference for the control of Edwardsiella tarda was provided through the experiment in the antibacterial activity of 12 kinds of antibiotics and 8 groups of eompound antibiotics against Edwardsiella tarda. [ Method ] The optimal antibiotics in the control of Edwardsiella tarda was seleeted based on the determination of minimum inhibitory concentration( MIC ) and minimum bacterieidal eoneentration (MBC) of the antibiotics against Edwardsiella tarda with the tube dilution double method. [ Result ] The result showed that the inhibitory effect of gentamiein sulfate, kanamyein sulfate and tetracycline hydrochloride on Edwardsiella tarda was highest. The minimum inhibitory coneentration of gentamiein sulfate, kanamyein sulfate and tetracycline hydroehloride was 0.05 , 0.80 and 1.60μg/ml, respectively, while their minimum bactericidal concentrations were 0.05, 3.20 and 100.00 μg/ml, respectively. In the experiment in compound antibiotics, the inhibitory efficiency of the antibacterial activity of gentamiein sulfate + carboxymethyl benzylpenicillin, ampicillin + tetracycline hydrochloride and ampieillin + streptomycin were the highest among all of compound antibiotics, with both the minimum inhibitory concentration and minimum bactericidal eoneentration were 0.05μg/ml. [ Conclusion] In 12 kinds of antibiotics, the gentamicin sulfate, kanamyein sulfate and tetracycline hydrochloride eould be used individually and in the compound antibiotics, the gentamicin sulfate + earboxymethyl benzylpenieillin, ampieillin + tetracycline hydroehloride and ampieillin + streptomycin could be suitable in control of Edwardsiella tarda.
