摘要 对1个物候期内紫茎泽兰土壤种子库的活体进行调查,掌握土壤中紫茎泽兰种子活体的动态。结果表明,在紫茎泽兰分布区内的退耕地、桐林地、荒山和马尾松幼林地等均具有紫茎泽兰种子长久性土壤种子库特征;在土壤中的垂直分布方面,种子活体数土壤表层(0~2cm)〉2~5cm土层;紫茎泽兰土壤种子库的种子贮藏量与人为干扰有关,人为干扰较大的退耕地、马尾松幼林地〉荒山〉桐林地。 Living body of soil seed bank of Eupatorium adenophorum in a phenological period was investigated to master the dynamic changes. The results showed that E. adenophorum has a persistent soil seed bank feature in many of its distribution areas including returned farmland, Tung tree forest land, waste hill, young Masson pine forest land, etc. The living seed number in soil layer of 0 -2 cm was higher than that in soil layer of 2 - 5 cm. Seed amount in soil seed bank was related to the human disturbance. The seed amount of the soil seed bank in returned farmlands, Tung tree forest lands and young Masson pine forest lands, which have higher level of human disturbance, was higher than that in waste hills, which have lower level of human disturbance.
