摘要
利用纤维素酶处理慈竹(Sinocalamus affinis Meclure)叶后,采用水蒸汽蒸馏法提取慈竹叶挥发油,GC/MS定性、定量分析加酶与不加酶对提取的挥发油成分的影响。结果表明,加酶后提取的慈竹叶挥发油成分、含量皆有变化,加酶提取慈竹叶挥发油更具优越性。
After Sinocalamus affinis Meelure leaves were treated by Cellulase, then the volatile oils of Sinocalamus affinis Meelure leaves extracted by stream distillation, GC/MS qualitatively and quantitatively analysis,aiming to find out the differences between the oil with pretreatment and the one not The results showed that the ingredients and contents of the two oils weren＇t the same,mad the oil with pretreatment by Cellulase was superior.
