摘要
在国内外食品安全标准综述基础上,通过对杭州龙井茶基地的访谈,结合调查问卷分析,提出了茶叶质量衡量关键因素;利用AHP层次分析法,选取了权重较高的因子作为关键因素,建立了茶叶质量影响因素模型;采用SPSS统计软件对112份调查问卷进行模型验证,得出了影响因素模型;最后,采用路径分析方法,构建了茶叶质量影响的追溯路径。
Based on summary of domestic and international food safety standards, through interviewing Hangzhou Longjing Tea Base, and combined with questionnaire analysis, key factors in measuring the quality of tea were put forward; by using AHP ( Analytic Hierarchy Process) , higher-weighting factors were selected as key factors to establish a model of tea quality affecting factors; then 112 questionnaire were analyzed by SPSS statistical software, and obtained affecting factors model; finally, the traceability path was worked out by path analysis method.
