摘要
[目的]为三叶半夏组培扩繁寻求最佳培养基配比。[方法]研究正交试验下不同激素浓度和配比对三叶半夏不同外植体诱导分化的影响。[结果]MS+1.5 mg/L6-BA+0.1 mg/LIAA+0.3 mg/LNAA为叶片诱导丛生芽的最佳激素浓度配比,MS+1.0 mg/L6-BA+0.2 mg/LIAA+0.3 mg/LNAA为叶柄诱导丛生芽的最佳激素浓度配比。生根培养基以1/2 MS+0.3 mg/L IBA效果较好。[结论]建立了三叶半夏的组培快繁体系。
[ Objective ] The aim of the study was to seek the best hormone concentration ratio about inducing clustered shoots of P. ternata. [ Method] The inducing effect of different hormone levels on P. ternata with orthogonal test was investigated. [ Result] The best hormone concentration ratio of inducing clustered shoots of P+ ternata leaf was MS + 1.5 mg/L 6-BA + 0.1 μg/L IAA + 0.3 mg/L NAA ,and the one of P. ternata petiole was MS + 1.0 mg/L 6-BA +0.2 mg/L IAA +0.3 mg/L NAA. Rooting medium was 1/2 MS +0.3 mg/L IBA. [ Conclusion] Tissue culture system of P. ternata was established.
