龙虎蛇丹汤联合阿德福韦酯治疗慢性乙型肝炎疗效观察

Dragon and tiger snake Dan Tang combined adefovir dipivoxil treatment of chronic hepatitis B

目的观察自拟方龙虎蛇丹汤联合阿德福韦酯治疗慢性乙型肝炎的疗效。方法将63例HBeAg阳性的慢性乙型肝炎患者随机分为两组,32例龙虎蛇丹汤联合阿德福韦酯治疗组,31例单用阿德福韦酯对照组。观察比较治疗后两组患者主要症状、肝功能、HBVDNA水平、乙型肝炎病毒血清标志物变化。结果治疗48w后,治疗组改善症状、ALT复常率、治疗总有效率及HBVDNA阴转率明显优于单用阿德福韦酯对照组(P<0.05),治疗组HBeAg阴转率、HBeAg/抗-HBe血清转换率均高于对照组,但两组相比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组患者无一例发生耐药变异。结论龙虎蛇丹汤联合阿德福韦酯治疗慢性乙型肝炎,在改善症状、恢复肝功能、促使HBVDNA阴转等方面可明显提高疗效。

Objective Observation of Self-Tan Tang Fang dragon and tiger snake combined adefovir dipivoxil treatment of chronic hepatitis B. Methods The 63 cases of HBeAg-positive chronic hepatitis B patients were randomly divided into two groups, 32 cases of snake-dragon Dan Tang combined adefovir dipivoxil treatment group, 31 patients with adefovir dipivoxil alone control group. To compare the two groups after treatment in patients with major symptoms, liver function, HBVDNA levels, hepatitis B virus serum markers change. Results After 48 weeks of treatment, the treatment group to improve symptoms, ALT normalization rate, the total effective rate and HBVDNA negative conversion rate was superior to adefovir dipivoxil alone control group （P 〈0.05）, treatment group, HBeAg negative conversion rate, HBeAg/ anti-HBe seroconversion rates were higher, but the difference between the two groups compared with no significant （P〉 0.05）. None of the two groups occurred in patients with drug-resistant mutations. Conclusion Dragon and tiger snake Dan Tang combined adefovir dipivoxil treatment of chronic hepatitis B, in improving symptoms, restore liver function, promote HBVDNA overcast and so can significantly improve the curative effect.
