输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石术治疗输尿管结石89例临床观察

Efficacy of ureteral calculi with ureteroscolic ballistic lithoclast observation of 89 case

目的探讨输尿管镜联合气压弹道碎石术治疗输尿管结石的临床疗效。方法对采用输尿管镜联合气压弹道碎石术治疗输尿管结石89例患者进行临床分析。结果89例一次性碎石成功82例(成功率为92.13%),其中输尿管上段成功率为78.57%(11/14),中段93.55%(29/31),下段97.67%(42/43)。平均手术时间35.8min,平均住院时间4d。结论输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石术治疗输尿管结石安全有效、创伤小、恢复快,尤其适用于输尿管中、下段结石患者。

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of pneumatic lithotripsy under ureteroscope in the treatment of ureteral calculi.Methods 89 cases of ureteral calculi were treated with ureteroscopic ballistic lithoelast.Results 89 cases were treated successfully in site with the cure rate of 92.13% at one time（78.57% in upper ureter,93.55% in middle ureter and 97.67% in lower ureter）.The mean time of operation was 35.8 min.The mean time of in hospital after operation was 4 days.Conclusion Treatment of urethral calculi with ureteroscopic ballistic lithoclast is effective,safe, less invasive and recover soon. Applies in particular for middle lower ureteral calculus.
