综合治疗中段食管癌38例临床分析

Clinical analyses of complex therapy to treat 38 cases midpiece esophagus cancer

目的探讨综合治疗中段食管癌的临床方法。方法38例随机均分至对照组和治疗组,治疗组在术前手术术后采用中药辅助治疗,余与对照组同。结果38例均存活无围手术期死亡。对照组有效率为47.37%,治疗组有效率为68.42%,无明显毒副反应。结论综合治疗食管癌具有近期疗效好、毒副反应小的优点。

Objective To approach the clinical method of complex therapy for midpiece esophagus cancer.Methods 38 cases were divided equally to control group and treatment group stochastically, the treatment group were treated by Chinese medicinal materials Preoperative and after the operation, the rest therapy were same to which were used for the control group.Results All the 38 cases patients were survived in encircling the surgery stage.Effective power in the control group is 47.37%, which is 68.42% in the treatment group, without obvious poisonous side reaction. Conclusion to treat esophagus cancer with Complex therapy,as the curative effect in the near future is well,and the poisonous side reaction is small.
