摘要
阿司匹林作为一种有效的抗血小板聚集药，在防治血栓性疾病中被广泛应用，但阿司匹林抵抗的存在严重限制了它的疗效。阿司匹林抵抗分为两种，一种是正规服用阿司匹林后，实验室检测血小板聚集率仍高于特定水平，
