老年患者胰十二指肠切除术围手术期护理

Perioperative nursing of the senile patients with pancreaticoduodenectomy

目的总结和探讨老年患者胰十二指肠切除术的围手术期护理方法。方法回顾性分析2005年1月～2008年7月施行的84例老年患者胰十二指肠切除术病例的临床资料。结果84例老年患者平均年龄70.3岁,围手术期死亡率1.19%(1/84),各种并发症发生率为30.95%(26/84),胰十二指肠切除术后生活质量有提高,1、2、3年累积生存率分别为89.47%、63.69%,35.73%。结论我们通过加强围手术期的护理,做好每一个护理环节,有效的减少了术后并发症的发生,加快了病人的康复。

Objective To explore the perioperative nursing of the senile patients with pancreaticoduodenectomy. Methods The clinicopathologic data of 84 senile patients with pancreaticoduodenectomy in our hospital from January 2005 to July 2008 were reviewed.Results The average age of 84 senile patients is 70.3 years,the perioperative mortality is 1.19%（1/84）and the incidence of various complications is 30.95%（26/84）.The postoperative quality of life of the patients with pancreaticoduodenectomy has been improved.The cumulative survival rates of one,three and five years were 89.47%,63.69% and 35.73%. Conclusion The strengthening of perioperative nursing can effectively reduce the incidence of postoperative complications and speed up the rehabilitation of the patient.
